Gummy Vites Bear Launch Trolley Dash Competition
Terms and Conditions:
1. In this Competition Terms and Conditions (“the Terms”), unless the context otherwise requires, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below:
1.1.“Competition” – means this “TROLLEY DASH” competition held by Gummy Vites incorporating all its terms and conditions;
1.2. “Entrant/s” – means any person who enters the Competition;
1.4.“Winner” – means the confirmed, eligible, selected winner of this competition, or their confirmed nominated representative, who has complied with all the terms set out herein and to whom is eligible to claim a prize.
1.5. “Prize” – 5 x Winners will have 5 (five) minutes to participate at their closest Toys store, in a “Trolley Dash” i.e. to use a Toys Store standard trolley to add only the Toy Store products into the trolley to the maximum value of R 5 000-00 (Five Thousand Rand). Any products not inside the trolley at the end of 5 (five) minutes or products that exceed the maximum value of R 5 000-00 (Five Thousand Rand) threshold, will not be eligible as a prize to be taken by the Winner.
1.6.References to “clauses” and “sub-clauses” are references to the clauses and sub-clauses of these Terms;
1.7.The headings of clauses and sub-clauses are included for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms;
1.8.Words importing the singular number shall include the plural and vice versa, and words importing either gender shall include both genders;
1.9.Reference to “day/s” shall be construed as calendar days unless qualified by the word “business”, in which instance a “business day” will be any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday as gazetted by the government of the Republic of South Africa from time to time. References to “months” shall be construed as calendar months;
1.10. Unless specifically otherwise provided, the number of days indicated to commit an act or indicated for any other purpose, is calculated by excluding the first day and including the last day;
2. This Competition is only applicable within our physical South African Stores.
3. This Competition is only open to citizens currently residing within the Republic of South Africa. By entering this Competition, the Entrant confirms that they are ordinarily a resident of the Republic of South Africa.
4. The Competition period will commence from the 1st of December 2025 and run until the closing date being close of business on 28th of February 2026. Any entries received out of this period will not be eligible for entry into the Competition and will not be considered.
5. Entry Criteria
5.1.Entry into the competition is dependent on the acceptance to the terms set out herein.
5.2.The entrant must be a citizen currently residing within the Republic of South Africa or ordinarily a resident of the Republic of South Africa.
5.3.To enter, the entrant must send a WhatsApp message with their full name and surname and the name they’ve chosen for the Gummy Vites Bear with the reason why in order to be eligible for the prize.
