Competition Terms and Conditions:

1. This is a legitimate private (promotional competition) as defined in the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 and elsewhere, and is not connected to any government or official lottery.
2. In order to enter, buy any Gummy Vites pack from a participating store. Dial 1201147# on your phone and follow the prompts to enter your details. Please keep your till slip as proof of entry. The competition is valid from 1 March – 30 April 2024. Entrants must be over 18 years old and a resident in South Africa.
3. Employees, suppliers, family members of the sponsor and other prohibited people may not enter.
4. The results of the competition will be based on a random draw of all entrants.
5. The closing date for the draw is midnight on the 30 April 2024. The winners will be notified within 14 days of the closing date.
6. Prize winners will be notified via phone or email to arrange their prize within 14 days of the competition closing date by a Gummy Vites Representative. Should a winner be unreachable within 14 days, a redraw will take place at the discretion of Gummy Vites.
7. Incomplete or incorrect submission of details will render the entry null and void.
8. The R5 000 cannot be exchanged for cash and will only go towards school fees.
9. The judges’ decision is final.
10. Please be aware of scammers that pose as Gummy Vites and do not fall victim.
